Evergreen content is the key to any video’s success and we take pride in our guests, their accomplishments and our webinar series as a whole. This week we’re talking with Andy Dalton, CEO of My Mobile Fans, on the topic of How to Build Recurring Revenue for your Agency: Mobile Apps.

Here’s why you should join us on Thursday, 8/27/15:

Monthly Recurring Revenue Is Incredibly Important

Everyone knows that monthly recurring revenue (MRR) is the best way to grow a company. It’s so much easier to scale and plan for the future with guaranteed income! Working project to project can be brutal, pad your revenue stream MRR. Dalton estimates that around “85% of the clients need something more affordable, flexible and timely than your standard $30k custom branding app.”

Build Apps, Not Websites

According to Dalton, apps are the real draw for clients these days. We performed our own surveyand found that 70% of small businesses would prefer to work with web designers that offer mobile apps. Time to give the people what they want! “There was a time when agencies learned that if they didn’t offer website development to their clients, then they weren’t really a valid agency,” says Dalton. “Well that is now mobile.”

Learn the Keys to Your Clients’ Success

The goal here is to maximize your time when on-boarding new clients or vetting potential leads. It’s important to have a solid on-boarding system in place for clients because they need to be successful to remain active on your platform. Just building an app won’t do it for them or make them an instant success. The more time spent up front training the client, the less churn you will experience later on. If clients don’t use their app, they won’t keep paying for it and you’ll lose that MRR you’ve worked so hard to build.
