Bizness Apps Ranks #1 in Customer Happiness for North America

We’re thrilled to announce that Bizness Apps placed first in Nice Reply’s 2015 Customer Happiness Awards, receiving the highest average customer rating in all of North America.

As a bootstrapped tech company with a customer base of over 3,000, this is big moment for us. Supporting a robust product like ours is a tough job, but as our COO Zach Cusimano says, customer service is our culture. We’ve always valued our client relationships above all else and have built a customer support team that works tirelessly to uphold those principles.
