Burger Bar is located in Chicago and they have some of the best crafter burgers in the area. In addition to their burger and unique sides dishes on the menu, they have decided to integrate mobile marketing into their strategy to attract new customers to their burgers. Burger Bar has built a function into their iPhone app that shows the menu items so their customers can order to go or work up their appetites anywhere. A restaurant iPhone app is a great way to get in the pockets of many customers who love what you offer.
This app is a great example of how small businesses can use GPS coupons as an incentive to bring in customers. When a customer comes into Burger Bar and checks in through the restaurant’s iPhone app they unlock a coupon. The coupons can be for anything and can be changed at anytime.
In the near future, we hope to see more restaurant iPhone apps being incorporated into small business’ marketing mix. It is an effective and cost-efficient marketing tool that has the potential to reach millions.
