Review expenses
Obviously, you’ve got your eye on revenue and sales, but sometimes business owners can become a bit distracted when it comes to careful review of expenses. Put all business expenses on a separate credit card, use a free tracking app like Mint, and set aside time each month to go through your expenses line by line.
